Yay, I've started doing
yoga. I found this great
website that has illustrated yoga moves and all the essential things you need to know. It's really cool though, coz it's very easy to do, and you don't go around huffing and puffing, but at the same time it's still really rejuvenating. It's supposed to increase my flexibility, lessen stress, and make me lose weight. Hmmm. Let's see if it works!
